Achilles

Achilles' decision is appropriate because he has been disrespected by King Agamemnon. Achilles never overacted and also he has the right to get mad because he and his people has been disrespected. Achilles gets even more furios because King Agamemnon never think of asking an apology and he never regrets anything on the things he said. Now Achilles doesn't really seek for an apology, or does he want simple recompense in the form of wondrous gifts. He wants restitution for the outrage that he has suffered, restoration of the honor and glory for which he has worked so hard and given so much, he is in great range because of King Agamemnon.

King Agamemnon thinks that he can buy Achilles' loyalty or it can make Achilles forget everything that he said about him, but Achilles is not that kind of warrior, he always fight for his honor and pride, Achilles doesn't want to be disrespected, he never backs down, you will think twice if you want to disrespect him and he is the type of warrior that cannot be bought by money or anything.

Achilles never wants to kill King Agamemnon he just wants to wound him, and he just want to show King Agamemnon that he is not the person to mess with, Achilles shows King Agamemnon his rage and his furios when King Agamemnon disrespected him. Achilles just want to show all his anger, his rage, his furios to from all the things King Agamemnon said to him.Achilles is the type of warrior that should be respected, because he fight for his honor and pride and he never let himself be used by any person or even a king he always respect himself and everything that he do is for honor and pride. Achilles cannot be bought by anyone he never work for someone.

You definitely have a point. As a respected warrior he does not deserve what King Agamemnon has done to him; thus he may have a good reason to reject Agammemnon's offer of peace. But as a King and the leader of the people of MYrmidon, is his decision reasonable?
